First Remove:
Mushroom, Leek, and Barley Soup (vegetarian)

9AM – 10 AM   Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Oh My!! – Lady Evangeline Bajolet

 A beginner’s look into documentation and research sources with explanations of the levels of sources. We will also cover when and why each level of source is acceptable in research. 

10AM -11AM  Viking Art Critic – THL Muirenn inghean Chiarain called Morna

Compare and contrast the stylistic features and subject matter that distinguish each of the Viking art styles.

2PM-3PM    Health Properties of Beer. Drink up! –  .  Lord Thorbeinn Thursasprenger

A look at why beer was a cornerstone of the daily diet in medieval society. There will be samples, you must be 21+ to partake in the sampling. Please have ID

3PM – 4PM Wine and Wine based Beverages in the Ancient and Medieval World – Countess Gwen Stewart

This class explores ancient and medieval wine preferences, evidence for survival to modern varietals, and a tasting opportunity to gain a sense of what used to be the fashion. Class is limited to 10. There is a $10 class fee. You must be 21+ to participate. Please have ID
